The Lido Beach Pool is closed until further notice due to essential maintenance requirements.  We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.

Lido Beach Pool

Free parking adjacent to the beach. Courtesy beach wheelchairs as available. Amenities include a concession stand with covered seating, a 25-meter lap swimming pool, and Restrooms open daily from 7:00AM to 11:00PM. Pets are prohibited in the park, at the pool, and on public beaches unless trained as a service animal.

The 25-meter lap pool is open Thursday through Sunday, from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm, weather permitting.

Holiday Closures:  Memorial Day (May 25^th), Juneteenth (June 19^th), Independence Day (July 4^th), Christmas Day (Dec. 25^th), and New Year’s Day (Jan 1^st). 

Note: The Lido Beach Pool closes when water temperatures fall below 76 degrees. During colder months, call the Arlington Recreation Center at (941) 263-6732 to find out whether the pool is open. 

Daily, 3-Month Seasonal, and Annual Swim Passes are available. Save time by purchasing punch cards for multiple visits in increments of 5, 10, and 20 visits. Passes and punch cards may be purchased by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, & Discover) at the pool or pay by phone by calling Arlington Recreation Center at 941-263-6732. 3-Month Seasonal Passes, Annual Swim Passes, and Punch Cards may also be purchased online.

Save time and get into the pool faster by creating your account in advance. All residents and visitors must have an account with the City of Sarasota Parks & Recreation Department to gain access to the pool.

Attention Lido Pool Guests-Purchases Passes Online via eTrak:  

All visitors to the Lido Beach Pool must have an eTrak account with the City of Sarasota Parks & Recreation Department.

Children 3 years old and younger must wear swim diapers. Do not use the pool, if ill with diarrhea. Alcoholic beverages and pets, except trained service animals, are prohibited inside the fenced area of the pool. Food and non-alcoholic drink may be consumed at tables inside the fenced area of the pool.

Lido Island Grill is locally owned by Chef Laszlo, his wife, and two daughters, who, working together created the concept for a family-friendly, casual, local gathering location and eatery. Located at the Lido Pavilion on beautiful Lido Beach in the City of Sarasota, Florida, Chef Laszlo's menu offers island flavors from around the world in addition to traditional beach favorites. After spending time as a traveling Chef throughout the Caribbean, Chef Laszlo is excited to share island techniques, ingredients, and homemade recipes with everyone. And, yes, he is serving Lido Pavilion's famous Lobster Rolls! Regular hours of operation may be flexible with the concession stand opening at 11:00 am and closing at 7:00 pm daily depending upon beachgoer activity.
